How to Feed Your Magic

Gold Dust Femme is both an archetype and space for magical expression and exploration. Where plant magic, tarot and creative practice merge. You will find recipes, astro playlists, one on one tarot sessions, networks of support, writing, coaching and more.

I work with a beautiful spectrum of individuals, including-artists, organizers, small business owners, caregivers, healers, writers, punks and academics. I write blogs and newsletters sharing seasonal moon food recipes and tarot-moon musings.

I teach tools to connect with your body, cultivate inspiration, and build trust with your intuition. Creative coaching sessions teach strategies for organizing ideas into projects and integrating operational flow systems so you can feel confident in what you want to create, work within your capacity and clearly communicate your vision.

My work/study/research is rooted in multiracial feminist theory, queer feminist art, grounded social theory and trauma-informed interdisciplinary healing modalities. I use this lens throughout my writing, research and work with people. In tarot sessions we may explore how June Jordan’s book Soldier is a source for understanding the page of cups. A Moon Food recipe with Eggplant may connect back to Dorothy Allison’s short story A Lesbian Appetite. Creative Coaching sessions are where the magical and practical merge-candle magic for project ideation, research strategies and creative play techniques for brand development, and how to set up internal operating systems to keep you in flow and on time. Plant babe sessions are for people who want to implement energetic herbal support in their daily routines, seasonal flow and nervous system care.

As a witchy coach, my journey has taught me sometimes we just need someone to sit with us and talk through the web of ideas. I have helped small businesses write social copy, creatively and intuitively develop product and set up simple operating systems that help their businesses thrive.

I’m here to be the witch that says yes you can do this! And also….here are tools to help you along the way and a good recipe to keep you fed throughout the process!

My hope is to inspire you to feed your own magic and grow what you want to see in the world.

Everyone deserves to have access to safe and empowering support systems. As a Queer Femme I value sacred space, feeling seen and respected. I offer my sessions for anyone and everyone, respecting boundaries, privacy and the scope of our work together. I do not support manipulative coaching methods, spiritual bypassing or disregard for science. My services are not to magically heal you or convince you to change your life or predict your future. I’m a guide, a channel and a human ready to be your cheerleader and share a few tricks from my witch bag :)

All sessions offer integrative practices aka homework for you to apply in your own life. Many people work with me in times of change and transitions. To book a Tarot reading or Intuitive Coaching Session click here.

About The Witch

Nicole Roche She/They

I created Gold Dust Femme as an expression, space and archetypical brand of me and the magic I want to share and hold in the world. Gold Dust Femme is woven with my sparkle, interests and offerings.

I’m a white able-bodied Queer Femme. It is a lesson and a blessing to be on this path in this lifetime. I’m a witch, artist, writer, moon lover, cook, recipe alchemist, tarot nerd and ancestral pattern transformer. I work in design/architecture by day as a Studio Manager of operations, comms and marketing for a world renowned water feature design firm. I feel so blessed to be living this magically creative and witchy life.

I feel most embodied in a kitchen, on a dance floor, in a garden, swimming in the ocean and after a Tarot reading. I believe in radical dreams becoming reality. I believe in healing alone and together. I believe we all deserve to eat deliciously and be in our pleasures.

When I’m cooking or daydreaming of recipes, I channel the magic of the women and witch’s in my family who used herbs and food rituals for circling people around joy.

Originally from the east coast, I was born and raised in CT, with family roots in Philly, South Jersey and NYC. Im deeply loyal, direct and know how to drive stick shift in the snow ;) After 10 years in NYC I moved to Los Angeles, CA amongst the crows, jasmine and hummingbirds. I grow a love home full of plants, books, good food, vintage clothes and vinyl records with my partner and 2 sweet elder tortie sister cats.

I worked as a house manager, plant based family cook, nanny and vintage sales queen in NYC for 10 years. I dropped out of a MA/PhD program to follow this weirdly beautiful path. I created and worked on many different projects ranging from food, styling, aromatherapy, herbalism, photography and the magical arts. I was a queer club kid, witch and artist living my best Femme life in Brooklyn. I had many wonderful adventures and learned so much about myself. I saw community care in action and practice; messiness and all. I learned to embody my magic and power with other queer femme witch’s. I made art and was in art and felt it pulsing among us. There was this feeling we were experiencing something very special and sacred that was remixed with old and new, all while knowing it wouldn’t last forever. I learned to savor and be present, to heal and accept. To party plan, promote and DIY queer style. I learned to do better and differently and to shape boundaries while feeling confident and bold. I felt spaces transform, experiencing the challenges and beauty of those times. I found peace with myself. I fell in love and grew in love. I wrote, I connected, I cooked and I created. I had a magical journey I will write about one day. Over time I cultivated my power, practice and knowledge in tarot, plants and moon magic. Weaving all these experiences and skills into a business of creative offerings that are unique to my skills and the space I want to hold and create with others.

My journey and experiences are unique and so is the work I do but it all has intersecting threads of deep care and intention to bring nourishment to the tender spots of our life and to hold space with loving care. I’m a witch who writes, cooks, heals and channels. I accept the assignment and the gift to serve in this way. I’m not for everyone and I think that is good. People should follow their own inner spidey sense. Also, there are so many wonderful witch’s and readers!

Take what connects for you, leave what does not and trust that your deep inner knowing will always be the truest voice.
